• Vamp Body Art is proudly NICNAS registered.
  
• Bulk orders and standing orders (monthly or quarterly orders) are welcome and we will happily provide you with a quote - simply email us at [email protected] with your request.
  
• At this time, we only ship within Australia. We use Australia Post Express shipping on all orders over $120. Standard Australia Post shipping is used for all other orders by default.
• Only unopened, undamaged goods will be accepted for refund. A refund application must be made via email ([email protected]) and only when an approval for refund is granted and the goods are returned will the refund be made. There are strictly no refunds on body jewellery for health and safety reasons. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final.
• We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items and recommend purchasing the "signature on delivery" option where available if you are concerned about your delivery being left at your property. If this option is not offered for the product that you are purchasing, please contact us and we will arrange for "signature on delivery" and/ or insurance (additional charges apply for these services).
• All images used throughout this site are copyright. All images herein are either owned by Vamp Body Art or used with permission by Vamp Body Art. Infringement of copyright will result Vamp Body Art seeking payment for use, in addition to legal action. Permission to use images herein may be sought by contacting Roxanne at Vamp Body Art and decisions will be made on a per case basis.
